On the 14 th November 2006, Peter Peacock resigned as Minister for Education & Young People for health reasons.
Hugh Henry replaced Peter Peacock as Minister for Education & Young People.
Johann Lamont replaced Hugh Henry as Deputy Minister for Justice.
Des McNulty was appointed a Deputy Minister, replacing Johann Lamont as Deputy Minister for Communities.
On the 22 nd December 2006, Malcolm Chrisholm resigned as Minister for Communities.
