Scottish Politics on the Web aims to allow surfers to travel from one Scottish political web page to another without the need of a search engine. It is also possible to randomly explore the sites within the Scottish Politics ring.
In order to join Scottish Politics on the Web all you need is a web site concerning any aspect of Scottish politics
If you feel your web page is suitable for admission to this ring follow the instructions below :

Just follow these five simple steps
Fill out the form below and make sure all information is correct.
NB The webring code does not have to be added to your home page - you may for example, have a separate page for your rings. In this case please use the URL where you intend to add the webring. This is because the verification software will check for the ring code at the URL which you have specified.
Download the Scottish Politics on the Web logo "scotpol.gif" (the animated map) and transfer it to your web site

If you do not receive the mail, you can do one of two things:

This e.mail should contain your personalised HTML code. (We are now sending out a non-javascript version of the code as some people experienced problems with the Javascript version. If you prefer to use the original, it can be found here here.)
Everything between
and
should be pasted into your page. The email will also include your password and a site ID number which you will need if you wish to modify your details (see below) in the future. Don't lose it!
Once you have added the code please mail the ringmaster ringmaster@alba.org.uk to let us know that all is in place.
Wait for your site to be checked and added to the ring.
