Stuart Callison, the Deputy Director of one of Scotland?s leading local economic development companies. As an associate of two UK charities, he is involved both in research and practical grassroots work to promote active citizenship and individual well being, particularly in deprived communities. He lives in Bearsden, with his wife, son, and Partick Thistle scarf. He is also a Trustee of a number of UK charities, including the Scarman Trust, which promotes social enterprise and community empowerment. Callison previously contested three elections for the SDP/Lib Dems but left the party in 2003 because of 'hypocrosy' of the Lib Dems concerning the environment.

Carola co-founded the Lennox Green Party and lives in Dumbarton with her husband and son. She is a lecturer and a Co-Director of an interdisciplinary research centre for music technology at the University of Glasgow. She is actively involved in the Dumbarton West Community Council and Kirktonhill Residents Association.
