| David Kerr was based in Belfast. He is part of the BNP's security team and a regular candidate in national elections. Panorama reported that he was among 58 Scottish supporters prevented from attending the Scotland match with Norway in Bordeaux, France during the 1998 World Cup. Scottish and French police feared they would commit violence. The group had been followed by police from Spain. Panorama also reported that he was losely linked to the far right C18 leadership in London and has been an active supporter of Loyalist groups. He is a founder member of Third Way.
