Labour held on to Elgin Bishopmill in Moray, probably the strongest and longest held Labour seat in the rural North East of Scotland, with their majority over the SNP being cut from 916 to 559. The Labour vote dropped by 316 with a 7% swing to the SNP. Elgin Bishopmill is another seat where Labour still are not punching their weight or getting their vote out.
