 | 'Last night, the SNP claimed that the Liberal Democrats raised 80% of their Scottish General Election donations directly from their head office in London. Nationalists produced figures showing that the Lib Dems in Scotland had donations of £368,308 for the campaign. The period covered was from January 14 to April 6. Tories topped the list with donations totalling £494,000 while Labour pulled in £432,000, leaving the SNP in fourth place with only £183,000 in donations for the campaign. The figures, placed before the Electoral Commission, show that the Lib Dems had sums of up to £100,000 a time sent to Scotland from their HQ in London.'
